NC DES Abusing

 January 2024 to march middle 

NC unemployment paid wages and after they are spuriously stop and i keep calling every month reporting i do not have a job

many time they are not answering phone call updated my social security

many times, I got message they not recognizing my social security 

sometimes I updated if line busy then automatic system calling me back it is work until 2024 November but in December it was stop 

automatic system also not returning phone call back to me ?
